Ever wondered what sensory integration therapy might "look like" and "feel like "? Ever wonder about the suspension and non suspension equipment needed. Ever wonder what the actual process is that makes it "sensory integration therapy" and not just playing on swings? This 1 day live workshop takes place in Kerry's therapy room, which meets ASI Fidelity standards in structure and process.

9am - 4.30pm This workshop will not be recorded. Disclaimer: This workshop is not intended and nor does it teach you to be an ASI therapist. Rather, this workshop helps you conceptualise sensory integration practices so that you can enrich your therapy by recognising sensory issues and supporting your clients as best you can from a sensory-informed lens.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
1. You will experience first hand what SI therapy looks like with live demonstrations of 2 therapy sessions using suspension and non suspension equipment.
2. You will experience different sensory modalities for yourself - including vestibular, proprioception, tactile, interoception, smell, taste, visual and auditory. (Let's discover YOUR sensory thresholds!)
3. Learn contraindications and how to add sensory elements and remain within your scope of practice.
4. All this grounded in evidence based ASI theory, to help you link it to Practice. 
5. This full day workshop includes tea/coffee and lunch.
